This website sets no cookies. The rest of this policy explains what that means, why no consent banner is shown, and what we would do if it changed.

1. The position

This website stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it beyond what your browser needs in order to display the page you asked for. There are no cookies of our own and none belonging to anyone else, and that is a decision rather than an accident: the site is built not to need them.

This policy is issued by Broktrading Ltd, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 342927, with registered office at Orfeos Street 2B, Office 201, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which covers the personal data this website does collect, principally what you send us through the contact form.

2. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store, and can read back on a later visit. Cookies are how most sites recognise a returning visitor, keep you logged in, remember preferences, or count and follow visitors for analytics and advertising. Similar results can be achieved without cookies, using browser storage, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting or embedded third-party content.

3. What this website actually does

It sets no cookies, of any kind, first-party or third-party, session or persistent.
It writes nothing to local storage or session storage.
It runs no analytics. We do not count visitors, measure pages or record sessions.
It carries no advertising or social-media pixels, and no share or like buttons that would load code from another company.
It embeds no third-party content: no maps, no video players, no chat widgets, no font service. Typefaces are served from our own domain.
Every request a page makes goes to our own domain. Loading this site tells no third party that you visited it.

Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs, which include your IP address and the page requested. Those are not cookies and nothing is stored on your device by them. They are covered in the Privacy Policy.

4. Why there is no consent banner

Consent to cookies is required by Section 99(5) of the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law of 2004 (Law 112(I)/2004), which implements Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC. That rule bites where a site stores information on a user's terminal equipment or gains access to information already stored there, and it exempts what is strictly necessary to provide the service the user has asked for.

This website does neither. Nothing is stored and nothing is read, so the question of consent does not arise and a banner would be asking you to consent to something that is not happening. We consider a banner in that situation to be misleading rather than cautious.

5. If this changes

If we later add anything that stores or reads information on your device, then before it runs for the first time we will:

ask for your consent first, and set nothing beyond the strictly necessary until you give it;
make refusing as easy as accepting, in the same place, with no pre-ticked boxes;
let you withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
update this policy with what is set, by whom, for what purpose and for how long, and raise its version number.

6. Controlling cookies yourself

Every mainstream browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most offer a setting to reject third-party cookies outright. Nothing on this site depends on cookies, so blocking them everywhere will not affect how it works for you.
