1. Who we are

BROKTRADING LTD is a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 342927, with registered office at Orfeos Street 2B, Office 201, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus, VAT number CY10342927L.

We provide software and consulting services to financial firms. Our brands — BrokLicense, BrokTechno and The Jazz Fintech — are trading names of this company and not separate legal persons. Every duty owed under any of them is owed by Broktrading Ltd.

2. What we are not

  1. We are not a licensed financial institution. We do not deal in or arrange deals in investments, advise on investments, manage investments, or hold client money or client assets, and we hold no financial services licence in any jurisdiction.
  2. We are not a law firm and we do not practise law or give legal advice. Where a matter needs a legal opinion it must come from counsel qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.
  3. We are not a tax adviser, an auditor, or an accountant.
  4. We are not a regulator, and we are not connected with, endorsed by, or acting for any regulator. Where a regulator’s name or mark appears on this site it is used to identify the authority concerned and nothing more.

3. General information only

This website is general information. It takes no account of your circumstances, your business model, or your risk appetite, and it is not a substitute for advice on your specific facts.

We take reasonable care with what we publish, but give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Take your own legal, regulatory and tax advice before acting on anything here.

4. Software and systems we build for clients

Where we develop, integrate, host or support a platform, CRM, client area or other system for a client, that client operates it and is responsible for it. We supply the software under the engagement documentation agreed at the time.

Nothing on this site is a warranty as to the performance, availability, regulatory suitability or fitness for a particular purpose of any system. Those matters are governed by the engagement documentation and not by this website. A firm using our software remains solely responsible for its own regulatory compliance, including how it uses that software.

5. Contacting us creates no relationship

Sending an enquiry through the contact form, or writing to any address published here, does not create a client relationship, an engagement or a duty of care, and our reply does not either. A relationship begins only under a signed written agreement.

Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. It is ordinary internet email and is not a secure channel. Unsolicited proposals and materials are not treated as confidential and create no obligation to consider, return or pay for them.

6. No offer, and no solicitation

Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, nor an invitation to invest in Broktrading Ltd or in any firm mentioned on it.

This website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law. Those who access it do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to them.

7. Client names and logos

Client and counterparty names and logos appear with permission and indicate only that a commercial relationship has existed. They are not a recommendation of that firm, and say nothing about its current regulatory standing or financial condition. Marks are shown for identification only and remain the property of their owners.

8. Group companies

Broktrading Ltd is part of a group whose Italian parent is BROKTRADING GROUP - Società a Responsabilità Limitata. Each company in the group is a separate legal person. A contract is with the company that provides the service, and that company alone is responsible for performing it.
