By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We may change them, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site at the time you use it.

3. What this website is

This website describes what Broktrading does. It is published for general information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, an invitation to contract on particular terms, or a commitment to provide any service. Any engagement between us begins with a written agreement signed by both sides, and not before.

We take reasonable care over what we publish, but the site describes services and market conditions in general terms and cannot account for your circumstances. Do not act on it without advice that addresses your situation.

4. What Broktrading does and does not do

BROKTRADING LTD is a Service Provider specialized in management consulting; in particular, it does not deal directly with the activities of Legal Advising, Tax Advising, Administration Services and related matters, Financial Advising or other regulated financial activities.

Broktrading is not authorised or regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission or by any other financial services regulator, and does not need to be for the services it provides. Nothing on this website is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a financial promotion, or an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity or to deal in any financial instrument.

Where we advise a client on obtaining a licence, or supply software to a licensed firm, the regulated activity remains that of the client. We do not carry it on, and we do not hold client money or client assets.

5. Enquiries through this website

Sending us an enquiry does not create a client relationship, and does not oblige us to reply or to take any action. A relationship begins only on a signed agreement.

Do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive information through the contact form. Until we have a signed agreement or a non-disclosure agreement in place, what you send is not covered by any duty of confidence we owe you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, layout, graphics, logos and the arrangement of them, belongs to Broktrading Ltd or to its licensors, and is protected by copyright and by trade mark law. The names “Broktrading” and “The Jazz Fintech”, and the logos associated with them, are ours.

You may read the site, print pages of it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not republish it, sell it, systematically extract it, use it to train a model, or present any part of it as your own work, without our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

This site links to websites operated by others, including those of related brands. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content by linking to them, and we are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your personal data. Read their terms and privacy notices before using them.

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any system connected to it;
  • interfere with the availability of the site, including by denial-of-service attack;
  • introduce malicious code, or attempt to exploit a vulnerability rather than reporting it to us;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest the site other than as a search engine indexing it in the ordinary way;
  • use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

We may withdraw access to the site from anyone who does any of these things, and report conduct that appears to be a criminal offence to the relevant authorities.
