Each brand does one part of the work, and every one of them is Broktrading Ltd
Broktrading, BrokLicense, BrokTechno and The Jazz Fintech are trading brands of Broktrading Ltd. They are not separate companies, they do not contract separately with you, and none of them is a joint venture with anyone else. Each exists because the four kinds of work need different specialists, not because the liability is split.
Strategic and organisational consulting for asset managers and brokerage firms. The decisions that are expensive to reverse come first: where the firm is domiciled, how it is owned, what it sells and to whom, and which service providers it will depend on for the next five years. We work through those with you before anything is built, and before any of the other three brands is engaged.

The people
A compact team, and you deal with the people who run it
Broktrading Ltd was incorporated in Cyprus on 5 May 2015 and works from Nicosia. The company has two directors, both holding their offices on the Cyprus register rather than as titles. It is audited by Alliott Partellas Kiliaris Ltd, a licensed Cypriot audit and corporate services firm and a member of Alliott Global Alliance.

Where the regulated activity sits, and where it does not
Broktrading advises and equips regulated firms without being one. That distinction decides what we can do for you and what has to stay with you, so it is set out here rather than buried.
01What Broktrading is
A management consultancy and software firm, incorporated in Cyprus in 2015 and registered under number HE 342927. We advise on how a financial firm is structured, we build and licence the systems it runs on, and we take it through licensing.
02What Broktrading is not
Broktrading is not authorised or regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission or by any other financial services regulator, and does not need to be for the services it provides. We do not deal on our own account or for anyone else, we do not receive or transmit client orders, we do not advise on investments, and we do not hold client money or client assets.
03Where the regulated activity sits
It sits with our client, and it stays there. When we advise on a licence application, the applicant is the client. When we supply a platform, the firm operating it is the client. Broktrading maintains the systems and the paperwork; it does not carry on the licensed business, and nothing in an engagement transfers that responsibility to us.
04The standing disclosure
BROKTRADING LTD is a Service Provider specialized in management consulting; in particular, it does not deal directly with the activities of Legal Advising, Tax Advising, Administration Services and related matters, Financial Advising or other regulated financial activities.
05Personal data
Broktrading is the controller of the personal data collected through this website, within the meaning of the GDPR. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party content, so the only personal data it collects is what you send us through the contact form and what our hosting provider records in its server logs. The three documents below say so in full.
06Professional oversight
The company is audited and its Registrar filings are handled by Alliott Partellas Kiliaris Ltd, a licensed Cypriot audit and corporate services firm and a member of Alliott Global Alliance.

Published in full, and dated
Each carries a version number and an effective date. The version published here is the one in force, and it replaces every earlier version. These are the only pages on this site that are not part of the scroll, because they are documents rather than sections.
A counterparty running due diligence can ask for the underlying corporate documents, the certificate of incorporation, the Registrar extracts, or the VAT registration, at info@broktrading.com. The company particulars themselves are in the footer of every page.
